Tokyo's Toyo University's New Food court one of the many improvments being developed to help Japan's Universities compete for an ever decreasing levels of student enrollment due to declining population. A decline in the Japanese birthrate has cause school closings nationwide which is reflected in Primary and High School consolidations and closings and recently is effecting Universities as well...A Tokyo Elementary school being dismantled and rebuilt into a New School for two existing elementary school.
