TOKYO JAPAN-8FEB2004-The Japan Chapter of the democrats abroad held their caucus today. Organizers expected about 80 voters nearly twice as many as in previous caucuses, they were surprised when 156 showed up.Benjamin H Rosenbloom (L) and Wane E. Parton vote for Kucinich who ended up with 12 votes after 13 voters moved over to other candidates .
