Tokyo's Toyo University's New Food court one of the many improvments being developed to help Japan's Universities compete for an ever decreasing levels of student enrollment due to declining population. A decline in the Japanese birthrate has cause school closings nationwide which is reflected in Primary and High School consolidations and closings and recently is effecting Universities as well.
