Aug 6, 2005--Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi in Hiroshima a few days before the upper house of Parliament voted down legislation to divide and sell the country's postal service prompting Koizumi to follow through on a promise to dissolve the lower house of Parliament forcing a snap election.
