Rice Farmer in Ibaraki 30 Km south of the Fukushima Diachi NPP prepares his field to plant rice worried he will not be able o sell his rice at harvest. He has receives no governmental assurance about the level of contamination. the country has become hysterical about the Fukushima contamination. Farmers all over the region feel that even though their produce is safe it will fetch low prices or be refused altogether.
