U.S.  marines  from Camp Schwab,  Second Platoon of the Combat Engineer Company train  on Okinawa. ..October 29 2005, United States and Japan had agreed to shift 7,000 Marines from Okinawa to Guam during the next six years. There are more than 14,000 U.S. Marines in Japan, and almost all of them are stationed in Okinawa.
