US forces in Korea train for North Korea

U.S. Marines after they arrived at Pohang beach, 400 kilometers (about 250 miles) southeast of Seoul, in a joint U.S.-South Korea military exercise called 'Foal Eagle' Friday, March 21, 2003. Both U.S. and South Korean marines came ashore on amphibious assault vehicles amid mock explosions as waves of helicopters and fighter jets droned overhead.
