FUGU "Blow fish" in tank of tokyo restaurant. Fugu contains a deadly poison in the organs. Despite the risk, fugu dishes remain as specialty in Japan. Fugu is referred to as blow, globe or puffer fish since it blows its body up as a defense to scare off predators.
