In 2006 Russia's Famous Bolshoi Ballet toured Japan. I was giving access to the behind the scenes preparations of one of the worlds most famous Ballet companies as they prepare for the Performances in Tokyo and Yokohama of two of their most famous Ballets , "La Bayadere" and "La Fille du Pharaon" (the Pharaoh's Daughter). Led by Aleksei Ratmansky, the Bolshoi Ballet traveled from Moscow with sets, costumes and a entourage of 130, dancers, directors, choreographers stage managers makeup and costume people tis is a sample of the more then 200 images i have edited from the work
